3Subscription and Advocate Case Diary Hosting
Subscription Model
iLaw Page operates on a subscription-based model. Once a subscription ends, the user loses access to the database and all features across the desktop application, website, and mobile app. Access is restored upon payment of the renewal fee.
Advocate Case Diary Infrastructure
- Hosting & Security: Hosted on Microsoft Azure in managed data centers featuring state-of-the-art cyber-protections (firewalls, encryption, filtering routers).
- Data Backups & Redundancy: Information is stored immediately on two servers for instant back-up and protection against hardware failure. Data is also replicated in a completely different geographical location to protect against extreme catastrophes.
- Data Privacy: Data is stored in an isolated SaaS-based SQL database and is not shared with other firms. Microsoft personnel do not have access to your data. All transmissions utilize 256-bit encryption.
- Access Control: Only authorized users have access to their own database via authentic login credentials.
- Data Retention: If the service is not renewed on time, all data will be permanently deleted without prior notice after 60 days.
